While we will do all that we can to make sure you order is delivered on time, We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

We want you to love your Positive Mentality items as much as we do! All items are special order and final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.
