It is best to wash your hoodie inside out to decrease fading of lettering. Using cold water, hang dry to maintain the quality of the print. 

To maintain the graphics of the lettering flip the garnet inside out and iron on low heat. After which iron the remainder of the hoodie on medium to high heat.
